In diesem beliebten Einführungskurs erlernst du über 6 Termine die Grundlagen des dynamischen Yogas bis hin zur fließenden Ausführung der wichtigsten Ashtanga Yoga Übungen.

 

So bist du bestens gewappnet, um an den offenen Yogakursen unseres, und anderer, Yogastudios teilzunehmen. Unser Ashtanga Yoga Intro Kurs ermöglicht es dir, bei Flow, Power Yoga, Vinyasa, und natürlich Ashtanga Yoga Klassen mitzumachen, und den größtmöglichen Nutzen aus Körperhaltungen und Atemtechnik zu ziehen.

 

Unterrichtet wird der Kurs in einer kleinen Gruppe mit viel individueller Aufmerksamkeit und Hilfestellung.

 

Solltest du absolute:r Yoga-Anfänger:in sein, schon länger Yoga machen aber in einer anderen Stilrichtung, oder aber den Wiedereinstieg nach einer längeren Pause suchen, so bist du in diesem intelligent strukturierten Kurs genau richtig!
